Als man noch nicht monatlich von Umsatzsprüngen und Neueröffnungen von Ditech Filialen gelesen hat, war der Händler um kundenfreundliche Lösungen sehr bemüht. Inzwischen kommt mir das anders vor.

Mir ist vor kurzem eine Festplatte eingegangen. Das Modell ist schon älter, deswegen ist nicht sicher, dass der Händler ein Baugleiches liefern kann. Ich habe gefragt, ob ich gegen Aufzahlung eine größere Platte des selben Herstellers kaufen kann. Ditech sagte, das ist nicht möglich. Stattdessen muss ich wochenlang auf den RMA Umtausch warten und habe keine Ahnung, was für ein Austauschprodukt ich bekomme.

Wenig Glück hatte ich auch mit einer Logitech Maus. Nach einem Jahr hat der Mauszeiger begonnen zu springen. Im Internet gab es mehrere ähnliche Berichte, die sagten, ein defekter interner Chip würde das verursachen. Das Produkt hatte 3 Jahre Garantie. Ich war zufrieden mit der Maus und wollte das gleiche Modell ersetzt bekommen. Es war aber schon von Logitech eingestellt und nicht mehr lagernd. Stattdessen bekam ich eine Gutschrift, von der noch eine Nutzungsgebühr abgezogen wurde! Das finde ich lustig, denn ich kann nichts für den Defekt und wollte das gleiche Modell im Austausch.

Ein leicht enttäuschter - bisher treuer - Ditech Kunde.

Hab ich eigentlich eh im selben Post geschreiben:

ich hatte 2 Fälle die ich direkt mit Logitech abgewickelt habe, eine MX510 und ein G35 Headset...
Bei der Maus gabs den Laden nicht mehr, beim Headset hat sich der Händler standfest geweigert den Defekt anzuerkennen (gut bei letzteren hätte ich natürlich den Rechtsweg gehn können...aber das ist eine andere Geschichte).

Angerufen...zuerst mal der Reflexartige Verweis auf den Händler, dann beim geschlossenen Händler gings dann eh relativ zügig, ich sollte ihnen die Rechung und eine Erklärung schicken dass der Händler nicht mehr existiert...wie schon gesagt: dann gings schnell, 3 Tage nach der Mail mit der Rechung hab ich eine neue Maus gahabt...über die Abwicklung an sich hab ich überhaupt nix zu meckern.

Beim G35 wars eine längere Diskussion, wo ich 3 Hirachiestufen durchschreiten musste...immer mit dem gebetsmühlenartigen Verweis auf den Händler, von wegen "er muss" und "kann gar nicht anders" usw. Erst irgend ein Service Oberfuzzi hat dann eingesehn warum ich wegen einem Headset nicht unbedingt einen Rechtstreit führen will...die ganze Konversation war aber eigentlich immer recht freundlich und sachlich, auch wenn ich nach 20 Minuten leicht genervt war...die Abwicklung an sich war dann auch wieder ohne jede Kritik.

da anscheind ich als einziger diese Erfahungen gemacht habe, dürfte ich wohl sehr viel Pech mit den Ansprechpartnern dabei gewesen sein.
