Gerade gesehen - Ein Video wo das IPhone 6, einem Falltest unterzogen wird.
Mag sich jeder seine Schlüsse daraus ziehen und Meinung bilden, wie es ihm gefällt. ;-)

hat inzwischen zu lange vom Ruhm alter Thinkpads gelebt. Inzwischen ist das China Einheitsbrei von abgrundtief schlecht bis sehr gut. Brauchbar sind nur die High End Geräte von Lenovo, die aber preislich dann in Apple Regionen wildern.

Soll heißen: wg des Preises kauf ich kein Lenovo, schon eher weil mir Windows lieber ist.


Zu dieser Zeit hatte Apple noch keine x86 CPU´s sondern noch Alpha
Prozessoren.

IBM/Motorola PowerPC und vorher 68x Serie.

DEC-Alpha gabs im Mac (gottseidank) nie


Sehr verärgert war ich beim iPhone 4, als ich nicht einmal über Bluetooth, mit
einem Android Smartphone pairen konnte.


um was zu machen? Bluetooth arbeitet mit Profilen und das iOS hat alle üblichen Profile, die man so am Hand verwendet. Leicht zu sehen, wenn man das iPhone an einen Windows Rechner (z.B.) koppelt und man die Liste der Profile durchgehen kann.

Nur weil Android und iPhone nicht koppeln, heißt das prinzipiell mal gar nichts - außer, daß eben auf beiden Geräten das passende Gegenstück (Profil) fehlte. Das kann verschiedenste Gründe haben und läßt sich so nicht verallgemeinern.


Jetzt beim iPhone 6, macht Apple wieder so einen Unsinn - NFC Schnittstelle
nur für den eigenen Bezahldienst, der sich in Europa auch nicht durchsetzen
wird...


Selbst wenn sich das nur in den USA durchsetzt, hat es sich für Apple gelohnt und heute weiß keiner, was ich in Zukunft in Europa durchsetzten wird.

Fakt ist: NFC als Transportmedium für Zahlungsdaten hat sich insoferne durchgesetzt, als daß de facto alle neuen Kartenterminals NFC akzeptieren und alle Kartenhersteller (Kredit und Bankomatkarten) grundsätzlich NFC anbieten. Somit kannst Du heute in Österreich fast flächendeckend mit NFC zahlen. Ob am anderen Ende ein Iphone, Android oder die echte Plastikkarte hängt - macht da keinen Unterschied mehr.

Und im Gegensatz zu Android hat Apple bereits gültige Verträge mit Mastercard, Visa und American Express. Die geografische Expansion nach Europa ist somit eine Formalität und im Nu kannst du theoretisch Deine American Express, Visa oder Mastercard im iPhone speichern.

(ob das sinnvoll oder von jedem gewünscht wird, ist eine andere Frage... ich persönlich verwende NFC, andere verteufeln es - jeder wie er möchte)
