Servus,

im Anhang zu meiner kürzlichen Anfrage betr. Wärmepumpe stellt sich nunmehr auch die Frage, ob ich nicht auch eine Photovoltaikanlage installieren sollte.

Unabhängig von rein technischen Einzelheiten überlege ich, wie es gelöst ist, wenn im Winter Schnee auf dem Dach liegt.

Muß man da aufs Dach rauf und den Schnee entfernen, oder gibt's da eh eine Art Abtauautomatik?

Wie ist das vorgesehen?

Ich brauch den Leuten mit PV-Bedarf nur zeigen, dass eine richtig dimensionierte Anlage (auch mit Fixzins finanziert) total auf 10 Jahre jährlich genausoviel wie der Strom pro Jahr kostet, ohne das Risiko von Preiserhöhungen usw. Das Wichtigste aktuell ist, die Anlage von einem PV-Fachbetrieb komplett installieren zu lassen und sich auf keinen Fall abzocken zu lassen.

Mit den aktuellen Strompreiserhöhungen komme ich dzt. im Haus auf ca. 9.000 EUR im Jahr. Wenn die Dach- oder Zaunfläche groß genug ist, bekommt man um 90.000 EUR (80.000 zzgl. 10.000 Finanzierung) eine Anlage, die bei diesen Einspeisevergütungen im Jahr sicher einige Tausend Euro Einspeisung erwirtschaftet, denn 30 kWp mit 24 kW Engpassleistung inkl. 60 kWh-Akku 48V sind da locker möglich. Und außer im Winter (Dez-Feb) wird die Anlage massive Überschüsse produzieren, die aktuell zu 0,27 EUR vergütet werden. Braucht man bei einer 30 kWp-Anlage (30.000 kWh p.a.) zB 17.500 kWh im Jahr selbst (Eigenstrom, Heizung mit Wärmepumpe, E-Auto) und speist den Rest ein, so erhält man sogar 3.325 EUR pro Jahr steuerfrei als Gutschrift. Weiters wird die Anlage mit ca. 10.000 EUR beim Akku gefördert, die PV selbst hat dann auch noch ca. 6.000 EUR Förderung, wenn heuer wieder ähnliche Summen wie 2022 ausgeschüttet werden. Und jetzt kommt das Tolle: Eine solche Anlage kostet dann insgesamt ca. 40.000 EUR und ist nach ungefähr 6 Jahren schon eingespielt, wenn sich die Einspeisung nicht ändert.

Und ohne Förderungen und Einspeisungen ist die Anlage nach 10 Jahren finanziert, dh. sie produziert dann weiterhin kostenlosen Strom. Die Wechselrichter sind evtl. nach 15 Jahren mal zu tauschen, die PV-Panele halten locker 30-40 Jahre, wenn keine groben Designfehler (zB PV-Leitungen am Dach in Leerrohren, zu starke Verklemmung bei der Montage,...) gemacht wurden und keine Naturereignisse (zB Hagel, Baumschlag,...) Module zerstört haben.

Ich hörs leider zu oft bei Häuslbauern, dass sie sich keine bessere als die vorgeschriebene 5 kWp-Anlage ohne Akku leisten können. Allerdings ist es eher umgekehrt, denn bei den Preisen können sie die Strombetriebskosten ohne PV mit Akku nicht mehr decken. Und letztendlich ist es egal, ob man jährlich das Geld für den Strom oder für die PV-Finanzierung ausgibt. Nur bei der PV bleibt einem etwas nach Ende der Finanzierung, bei der normalen Stromrechnung nicht.
