Bräuchte dringend eine Empfehlung für einen Rechtsanwalt der sich gut mit Ebay Angelegenheiten auskennt.

Das IPhone ist sehr gut erhalten, Displayseite ohne Schrammen und Riefen, Rückseite lediglich ein Paar leichte Kratzer . Das Gerät wird in der Originalverpackung incl. Ladegerät und Zubehör wie von Apple USA geliefert verkauft.

Das IPhone wird ohne Garantie bzw. Gewährleistung verkauft, da es sich nicht mehr einschalten läßt.Hat bis zuletzt einwandfrei funtioniert wobei nur der Akku nicht mehr sehr lange gehalten hat.

Aufgrund der beschriebenen Sachmängel wird eine Rücknahme bzw. Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen. Wegen der horenden Verkaufsprovison biete ich kein PayP. an. Abholung ist natürlich gern gesehen und kann nach Rücksprache jederzeit erfolgen.
