Und das ist fair von Chello ?

Nach E-Mail von Chello (UPC) habe ich mein Downloadverhalten reduziert (download bis jetzt 2,9gb !!

Und heute kommt Kündigung !?! Sind etwa die 1,9gb auch zuviel ??
Beim Anruf bei Chello musste ich feststellen, daß sogar die Angestellten von Chello verzweifelt sind (denn es wird ALLES gesteuert von Amsterdam) !!

Ich weiß nicht, wieviele Kündigungen raus sind, aber ob das für Chello gut ist, sei dahingestellt. Ist ja von meiner Seite Selbstverständlich, daß ich ALLES von Chello (Telekabel, priority etc.) kündige.

Es gibt andere Anbieter, die bei 2,9GB die HÄLFTE kosten

bin auch ein chello-opfer :D lol

zuerst mal zu den leuten, die meinen das sie keinen speed haben aufgrund der powerleecher (vielsauger)

großer irrtum.. denn es hängt davon ab, wieviele leute auf dem gateway drauf sind

ich spreche da aus erfahrung... war schon 2mal modem tauschen.. dann wird man auch auf nen anderen gatway gelegt :D

bei 150 leuten auf nem gateway, hat kaum einer noch den speed, der ihm auch zusteht

bei mir waren es schon bis zu 200 leute... ich hatte alle stund nen kompletten ausfall von etwa 5 min... erst dann konnte ich wieder online gehen

jetzt hab ich seit gut 2 wochen ein neues modem, und es sind im schnitt etwa 70 leute auf dem gateway mit mir *g*

jetzt passt auch wieder der speed

und ausfälle hatte ich erst 3 mit etwa 10 sekunden (kann ich aber verkraften)

also egal wieviel man saugt, oder wie lange.... wenn der speed immer schlechter wird, liegts hauptsächlich darann das zu viele leute auf dem gleichen gateway drauf sind

der hauptgrund, warum wir gekündigt wurden, ist, das wir für chello unwirtschaftlich sind (so der typ am anderen ende vom telefon)

wenn man sich die fair use policy von chello anschaut; wird man net schlau daraus, wo das limit für traffic liegt... sind es nun 5, oder 10, oder mehr....
das kann chello auslegen wie es ihnen gerade passt....

allerdings haben wir (also net alle, aber sehr viele von uns)
uns chello zugelegt, aufgrund der Aussagen in der Werbung von ihnen!

es wird immer noch beworben, mit unlimitit fun, unbegrenztem zugang ins netz, keine download begrenzung (erst seit kurzem wird auf fair use "download" hingewiesen)

wieviel aber nun fair use "download" ist... ist für uns nicht nachvollziebar...
also ich hab persönlich noch nicht ersehen können wieviel traffic man im monat haben darf... (also schwarz auf weiß, auf papier oder dergleichen... nix zu finden)

PS: ich habe für unsereins einen channel eingerichtet, dort können so leidgeplagte leute wie ich *g*, uns darüber unterhalten und weitere sachen besprechen,... wie es nun weiter gehen soll... usw...

es ist aber jeder eingeladen der i-net hat
