Hallo,

natürlich liest man in den Medien von steigenden Energiepreisen und es ist auch klar, dass man heuer mit einem flixible Stromtarif in die Sch... gegriffen hat.

Aber nun wirds mir langsam zu viel. Ich hab zur Zeit einen Easygreenenergy Strom Flex Tarif. Kostete Anfang des Jahres ca. 5ct/kWh. Igendwann dann 8 ct, 10ct, im September 12 ct. im Oktober 15 ct und nun für November 25ct. Jetzt wirds aber pervers.

Immerhin sollen wir ja jetzt alle umweltschonend heizen. Die Luftwärmepumpe meiner Wohnung (kann ich mir ja nicht aussuchen) war die letzten Jahre sehr günstig. Habe 60 € für Strom und Heizen gezahlt bei knapp 5000kWh, 2 Personen, 86 m². (Zwei Kreise und Wärmepumpentarif gibts als Wohnungsmieter hier halt auch nicht...)

Hab mich vor einiger Zeit für die neue VKI Stromwechselrunde angemeldet aber kurzfristig werde ich dem Spiel nicht entkommen.

Ist meine Steigerung aktuell noch normal? Wie seht ihr das? Habt ihr auch flexible Tarife und was habt ihr vor?

Also ich hab das völlig idente Produkt und vermute, dass ich gestern auch dasselbe Mail erhalten habe bzw. genau genommen waren es gestern ja 2 Mails. Das vom vormittag hatte ein falsches Preisblatt und hat wohl auch etwas verwirrt.

Aus meiner Sicht sieht es so aus:

- Bei meinem Produkt (Preis und Name ident zu deinem) ist Anfang September die 18-Monate-Preisbindung abgelaufen. Daher muss ich seitdem Preisänderungen wohl prinzipiell akzeptieren. Ich zahle momentan aber eh noch die 5,70 Cent /kWh.
- Mein Vertrag wurde NICHT gekündigt. Wenn. ich nicht selbst kündige, dann läuft der Vertrag ab 1.12.2021 halt zum exakt doppelten Preis von 11,40 Cent / kWh.
- Die Grundgebühr beträgt weiterhin nur 1,20 Euro / Monat. Ich vermute, dass dich da das Preisblatt vom gestrigen Vormittag verwirrt hat.
- Wichtig: Ich habe auf den neuen Preis eine Preisgarantie bis 30.6.2022 aber KEINE neue Bindungsfrist.

Insbesondere der letzte Punkt gibt mir die Möglichkeit, das ganze einmal in Ruhe zu beobachten und vielleicht doch später auf einen billigeren Fix-Tarif oder einen Flex-Tarif umzusteigen. Oder wieder an einer VKI-Aktion teilnehmen. Derzeit sehe ich bei meinem Strombedarf im e-Control-Rechner auf Fix-Basis nichts besseres und einen Flex mit 1-Jahr-Bindung würde ich mir momentan auch nicht antun.

Und ja, eine 100%-Steigerung ist nicht ganz leicht verdaulich, ich finde das Handling von EasyGreen in der Angelegenheit aber trotzdem wesentlich kundenfreundlicher als das, was MaxEnergy da gemacht. hat (soweit ich es richtig verstanden habe).

Btw: In den ersten Jahren diese Jahrtausends hatte ich bei Wien Energie übrigens auch schon Preise etwas über 10 Cent / kWh.
