normalerweise ist der Erwerb eines schallgedämmten PC-Gehäuses und ein leises Netzteil keine große Aufregung und schnell erledigt - doch Ausnahmen bestätigen die Regel.

so auch hier bei CW Soft. ein beanstandetes Netzteil wurde nach längerer Wartezeit im Geschäft als funktionsfähig ohne weiteren Kommentar retourniert. meine Aufforderung mir die Funktionsfähigkeit doch zu zeigen kostete mich dann sofort 18 EURO. dies mit dem nachträglichen (!) Hinweis dass für diese Funktionsvorführung eine Techniker-Viertelstunde notwendig ist und dem Kunden verrechnet wird.

ein äußerst merkwürdiges und kundenfeindliches Verhalten !!

ich werde sicher nichts mehr bei diesem Händler kaufen und überlege auch rechtliche Schritte gegenüber dieser Art und Weise wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird.
weihnachtsbescherung auf andere Art als man sich wünscht
