wieder mal ein erlebnis das zur zeit passt
meine 120 gb samsung machte seit l dem we nur mehr kliclk klick usw, als orechnung gesucht gekauft im februar 04 also noch garantie aber nicht ditech garantie laut dem mitarbeiter.
dann sagt der ich soll 30 euro zahlen dann schicken sie die ein und in 3 bis 4 wochen bekomm ich eine neue?

nein danke, da hab ich die wieder mitgenommen weil um 50 euro mehr bekomm ich eine neue und 30 euro fürs potor nur weil ditech keinesamsung mehr im programm hat und die net austauschen kann?

dann schau cih rein wo cwsoft jetzt is und da is zugesperrt, da kommt man nur rein wenn wer aufmacht,das musste keiner weil dann ging ich halt wieder.

und wo ich die nächsten teile kauf weiß ich nicht genau aber obs bei ditech is bezweifle ich .

hab die hdd bei peluga getauscht bekommen!!

IMHO falsch, und da hätte dich im verlinkten Posting mein Schlusssatz darauf hinweisen wollen: Der ehemals zahlende Kunde
1.) kommt wieder, so er zufrieden war und IST (... mit seiner Behandlung).
2.) und empfiehlt bei Zufriedenheit den Händler ggf. sogar weiter.
Also bringt's einen geldwerten Vorteil für den Händler, ihn als Kunden zu behalten.
Niemand erwartet (oder zumindest: ich nicht), dass der Händler dies damit bewerkstelligt, indem er für "Ex-Kunden" die Caritas spielt. Aber er könnte zumindest den Aufwand für *after sales support* als werbewirksame Massnahme zu "Selbstkosten" kalkulieren.

Kleines Detail am Rande, übrigens: Wenn du auf die Samsung HP siehst -> Samsung verweist bei RMAs von Platten an den Händler! D.h. als Endkunde KANN man nicht am Händler vorbei eine RMA-Nummer bei Samsung anfordern.
Na, was raten wir - war das den Händlern bewusst, als sie Samsung Platten in ihr Programm genommen haben, oder "ja wemma DAS gewusst hätten, dann hätt'ma doch nie ..."?

Wenn du schon selbst anmerkst, der Rohgewinn beim Verkauf der Platte spielte sich im unteren, einstelligen Bereich ab ... *ahem* dann würde sich der Händler an der RMA-Bearbeitung für den Kunden "gesundstossen" wollen? Da plötzlich darf er und tut er betriebswirtschaftlich kalkulieren?

hier zählt - das weisst Du sicher - auch nicht die alte Krampfargumentation "Die Masse macht's".

Ist mir völlig klar. Nur, wie schon oben angemerkt, eine Politik des "kauf & stirb damit" ist reichlich kurzsichtig, wenn auch nächste Woche noch Kunden in grosser Zahl beim Händler auftauchen sollen. Diesbezüglich liest du dich derzeit wie das Alter Ego vom Goldi.

(... und in der Tat: für den mag so eine Geschäftspolitik sogar funktionieren! Aber es ist auch selbsterklärend, welche Reputation er sich damit erworben hat.)
