wieder mal ein erlebnis das zur zeit passt
meine 120 gb samsung machte seit l dem we nur mehr kliclk klick usw, als orechnung gesucht gekauft im februar 04 also noch garantie aber nicht ditech garantie laut dem mitarbeiter.
dann sagt der ich soll 30 euro zahlen dann schicken sie die ein und in 3 bis 4 wochen bekomm ich eine neue?

nein danke, da hab ich die wieder mitgenommen weil um 50 euro mehr bekomm ich eine neue und 30 euro fürs potor nur weil ditech keinesamsung mehr im programm hat und die net austauschen kann?

dann schau cih rein wo cwsoft jetzt is und da is zugesperrt, da kommt man nur rein wenn wer aufmacht,das musste keiner weil dann ging ich halt wieder.

und wo ich die nächsten teile kauf weiß ich nicht genau aber obs bei ditech is bezweifle ich .

hab die hdd bei peluga getauscht bekommen!!

also, bei DiTECH würde ich sowieso nichts mehr kaufen, wenn die nicht die EINZIGEN Händler sind, die das von mir gewünschte Produkt haben, aus FOLGENDEN Gründen:
Bei MIR war es FAST die GLEICHE Geschichte, mit der Festplatte, nur daß meine Platte nur knapp über ein Jahr alt war; genaugenommen 14 Monate
Sonst gleich: ebenfalls eine Seagate mit 120GB und 8MB Cache.
Wollten von mir ebenfalls 30€ für "Versand und Porto"... Und ehrlichgesagt, frage ich mich, "wie ich dazu komme" nochmal, so viel Geld hinzulegen, damit DiTECH die Garantieleistungen des Herstellers übernimmt.
Ich mein, HALLO!?! Das Ding wiegt KEINE 15kg und außerdem denke ich mir, kann man bei solchem "Geschäftsverhalten" sehen, wie Kundenfreundlich ein Händler ist. Beim Verkauf immer schön, alles loben und sagen "Neneeee, davon haben wir noch nie eine defekte zurückbekommen" und wenn dann doch ein Garantiefall eintritt, hat man plötzlich "Pech gehabt", bzw zahlt eben nochmal schlappe 30€.

Und mir braucht da keiner erzählen, daß die armen Händler nur noch so wenig verdienen. Das sieht man am Plasmaschirm, der zur "Unterhaltung" dienen soll. Hmmm... klar... und der Umbau hat sicher auch nichts gekostet und die Firmenwägen zahlt der Herr I. auch aus seiner eigenen Tasche... *lol*

Wie auch immer... ICH kenne (Gott sei Dank) noch genug Händler, die in SOCLH einer Situation, den Kunden, nicht nochmal versuchen auszunehmen.

Und, es sind schon einige Händler, durch so "kundenfreundliches" Verhalten den Bach runtergegangen.
Im Falle mancher Händler, wundert es mich nicht und es freut mich sogar, wenn ich ehrlich bin.

Hoffe, daß niemand in die Lage kommt, daß er mit einer kaputten Platte beim Händler steht und die nur versuchen, einem "klarzumachen", daß man eben "Pech gehabt" hat.

Mir ist schon klar, daß es auch "nur" ein technisches Produkt ist, was natürlich plötzlich den Geist aufgeben kann aber bei dem, was die Händler verdienen, sehe ich nicht ein, warum ich 30€ für Porto zahlen muss.
