Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

Na ja, ich hatte heuer - leider - zwei Mal bei NRE schadhaftee Teile zurück gebracht - und jedes Mal wurden sie mir ohne Probleme ausgetauscht! Bei einer Samsung 80 GB waren die sechs Monate Gewährleistung schon ein paar Wochen abgelaufen - trotzdem wurde ohne viel Trara ausgetauscht. Allerdings: Die Platte war schon nach dem Kauf zickig doch wurde damals vom NRE Techniker kein Fehler festgestellt. (Leider irgend welche 40 GB Fotos als Sicherung waren auch weg). Im zweiten Fall war es ein 460 Watt Tagan Netzteil, das beim ersten Einschalten im gesamten 230 V-Stromkreis (Arbeitszimmer, Vorraum) einen Kurzen produzierte! Auch hier erfolgte der Austausch prompt und problemlos.

Jedoch: Als ich im April wegen des Checks der Festplatte im Geschäft in der St. Veit Gasse länger warten musste, machte ich halt Beobachtungen von Kunden bei Reklamationen, die einem die Haare zu Berge stehen ließen! Mit geschwollener Zornesader und hochrotem Gesicht herum maulen, den Verkäufer erst gar nicht einen erklärenden Satz fertig sprechen zu lassen und ständig ins Wort fallend, Verbalinjurien und im Stakkato immer wieder das gleiche verwirrende Zeug ausstoßend! Ein Anderer wiederum war von seiner Rechthaberei und aufgeplusterten "Expertise" vor seiner mitgeschleppten Dulcinea so eingenommen, dass gleichfalls eine sachlich-fachliche Diskussion erst gar nicht aufkommen konnte. Genau das - auch hier im GH-Forum zu beobachten -, nämlich eine pathologische Rechthaberei, wenn eben "das Recht" Gegenteiliges bestimmt, ist es eben, womit Manche vermeinen, einen Händler als "gut" oder gar "kulant" klassifizieren zu müssen. "Kulant" meinen Manche halt, heißt, er müsse unbesehen und ohne Zweifel zu äußern kostenlos jeden Schmarrn reparieren, austauschen und das hier und sofort - "weil sonst schreib' ich das im Geizhals. Sie werden schon sehen". O-Ton gehört bei DiTech!
