Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

Lieber CWSoft, danke für Deine Antwort, aber um net immer wieder um tausend Ecken herumzureden, bringen wir doch mal die Sache auf den Punkt:

Wieso führen 3 verschiedene Händler die RMA-Abwicklung kostenmäßig so unterschiedlich durch ?

1.) Der eine Händler führt die komplette RMA-Abwicklung quasi als Freundschaftsdienst bzw. Kundenservice durch.(also kostenlos für den Kunden.)
2.) Der nächste verlangt "nur" ca 20.- Euro für das "Einschicken an den Hersteller" - (und er nennt das den reinen Versandkostenersatz - wohlgemerkt !) bei derselben RMA-Garantieabwicklung.
3.) Der dritte meint wiederum er müsse Arbeitszeit + Versandkosten dafür verrechnen, weil das alles "ein stundenlanger und sehr hoher Arbeits-, Zeit-, und Kosten- Aufwand ist." (ca 45.- o. 47.- Euro plus Versandkosten extra.)

(Mehrere Hersteller bieten dem Endkunden sogar eine kostenlose Abholung per UPS an, und der Kunde bekommt das Gerät auch kostenlos wieder retourniert.(wobei die Verpackung den Herstellerwünschen entsprechen muß - siehe deren Homepages.) und CWSoft weiß das- hat mir das ja auch telefonisch bestätigt.)

Nochmals ich unterstelle niemand hier irgendwas, sondern ich *verstehe nicht* wieso sichs bei dem einen Händler kostenlos "ausgeht", der andere wiederum "seinen hohen Aufwand" kostenmäßig ersetzt haben will. Und es geht in jedem Fall um diesselbe RMA-Abwicklung...

Was bitte ist an nun diesen Beobachtungen realitätsfern ?? - Umgekehrt könnte man eher Deine scheuklappenartige Sichtweise als leichte Realitätsverweigerung betrachten...oder etwas nicht ?
