Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

1.) Woher willst Du all das denn wissen, bist vielleicht selber ein Händler ? Womöglich derselbe angesprochene mit anderem alias, oder eh nur ein loyaler Haberer von dem ?
Durch langjährige Erfahrung als sehr-viel-Einkäufer und leider auch gelegentlich Garantie-in-Anspruch-Nehmer bekommt man doch einiges mit, was sich da so hinter den Kulissen abspielt. Wenn man bei der Garantieabwicklung beim Händler nicht gerade wie der letzte Volldepp herumbrüllt und schwachsinnige Formulierungen wie zB "Die 20 Euro zahle ich sicher nicht ihr Deppen" "Sauerei" "Ich verklage euch" "Ich gehe zum VKI" Ich gehe zum ORF" "Ich gehe zum Geizhals" "Ich habe gute beziehungen" "Das wird Ihnen leid tun"..... ablässt, erfährt man in einem netten Gespärch oft Einiges... zB über RMA-Abwicklungen.

2.) Die Behauptung daß Händler "oft kein komfortables Web-Interface wie Endkunden haben".... wird Dir kaum wer abkaufen. Überleg mal, ein EDV - Händler ohne jegliche EDV und ohne Internetanschluß ??
Da gehts nicht um den fehlenden Internetanschluß des Händlers sondern um das nicht vorgesehene Web-Interface mancher Hersteller für Händler.

für jeden Handgriff fest pecken.
Frage: Würdest Du täglich Stunden gratis arbeiten wollen?

Und auch daß der online "RMA-Status auf Herstellerseite nicht stimmt", wage ich zu bezweifeln - wieso sollte grade diese eine Abfrage-funktion nicht funktionieren, alles andere wie z.B "Garantiedauer checken" funktioniert nachweislich.
Du kannst vieles bezweifeln. zB dass heute Sonntag ist, oder dass 2+2 4 ergibt... feel free.

Tatsache ist jedoch, dass dem oft so ist. Manche Hersteller scheinen verschiedene RMA-Datenbanken zu haben, die nicht synchronisiert werden.

sechsmonatigen Gewährleistungs-Frist (= wird ja auch wie eine "Garantie" behandelt)
Nicht immer und überall. Manch Händler ist auch in den ersten 6 Monaten der Gewährleistungsfrist SEHR genau.

Anscheinend hast Du das mit Herstellergarantie, Händlergarantie und Gewährleistung doch nicht ganz kapiert. GARANTIE ist eine freiwillige Leistung und GEWÄHRLEISTUNG ist gesetzlich geregelt.

Irrtum. Viele Händler haben auch eine Händlergarantie - wie Du weiter oben lesen kannst, ist das freiwillig!
