Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

Tja, und hiermit dreht sich die Diskussion nun im Kreis.

Danke für die Einladung, aber: danke-nein, das wird sich nicht einrichten lassen.

Denn schliesse ich das ab mit einem bildhaften Vergleich, der ev. deutlich macht, worauf ich anspielte:

Sagen wir mal, ich speise in einem Restaurant und stelle fest, ein Drittel der zum Steak gereichten Bratkartoffel sind "schlecht". Augig, holzig, zermantschkert, angefault ...
Mir wird erklärt: Tutfurchbarleid, ein Drittel der Kartoffel sind eben "unschön", der Kartoffelhändler liesse eben nicht beim Kauf die Schlechten aussortieren, man könne sie auch nicht einfach wegschmeissen oder höherwertige kaufen etc. ohne den Preis entsprechend anzuheben - dann sei man aber auch nicht mehr in konkurrenzfähiger Menü-Preisklasse im Vergleich mit dem "Wirtshaus zum billigen Jakob" drei Strassen weiter, bei dem im Übrigen genauso öftermal ein Drittel der Bratkartoffel schlecht sein könne, zudem die Qualität des Essens *so-lala*, der Service fragwürdig, Rharbarberrharbarberrharbarber ....
Würde ich wohl entgegnen: Gutundschön, aber das sind "interne Problematiken", die mich nicht interessieren. Ich wünsche, 100 % "gute" Bratkartoffel vorgesetzt zu bekommen. Ob die Schlechten vor dem Servieren in der Küche aussortiert werden, oder gleich nach dem Einkauf, oder ein anderer Lieferant gefunden wird, oder eine bessere Sorte ... was meinetwegen auch bedeutet, dass man die Menüpreise hochsetzt, solang' man's mir nur VORHER sagt ... all das könnte ich als Lösung akzeptieren.
Was ich freilich NICHT als "Lösung" akzeptiere: Eine fundierte und plausible Erklärung, warum es ist, wie es ist, dass das Restaurant keine Schuld träfe, und ich ein Drittel schlechte Bratkartoffel vorgesetzt bekomme. Da kann ich nämlich auch gleich im "Wirtshaus zum billigen Jakob" speisen - dort wäre ich ja zumindest "per default" auf so einiges gefasst.

(Fussnote: Dieser Thread handelt ja nicht von einem *Kauf&Stirbdamit*-Onlinediskonter, sondern von einem Händler, der seit Jahren im Ruf steht, kundenorientiert zu sein)
