Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

...sondern ich *verstehe nicht* wieso sichs bei dem einen Händler kostenlos "ausgeht", der andere wiederum "seinen hohen Aufwand" kostenmäßig ersetzt haben will.

Wenigstens bei der Beantwortung dieser Frage kann ich dir teilweise helfen:

Wir führen viele "große" Marken (sprich Massen-Billigware") nicht oder doch höchst eingeschränkt. Für uns sind Produktstabilität und Sicherheit wichtiger. Z.B. bei Fujitsu-Siemens-Mainboards liegen wir derzeit bei unter 1% Rücklaufrate. Das schreckt manche Kunden ab ("Die wollen wir nur das Geld aus dem Sack ziehen!")

Wir verkaufen weiters Produkte nicht, wenn sie superneu sind, sondern meist eben erst, wenn es Erfahrungen damit gibt. Überschaubares Risiko. Als Beispiele mögen neue Server-Mainboards dienen die unsere Technik derzeit versucht, in den Griff zu bekommen und mit dem Hersteller die letzten "Inkontinenzen" zu beseitigen. Im nächsten Jahr oder vielleicht schon im Dezember, je nachdem, wann alles passt, werden wir die Dinger dann erst verkaufen. Das schreckt auch ein paar Kunden ab ("Die verkaufen nur alte Hadern!").

Tja, jetzt bleiben noch übrig: Wenige Privatkunden, für die Qualität (in jeder Hinsicht) kein Schlagwort ist, und Firmen, für die Betriebssicherheit DAS Thema ist, weil Unsicherheit und Ausfälle zuviel Geld kosten.

Nun, für unsere Produkte und solche Kunden können wir derzeit - und gerne auch - Garantieabwicklung kostenlos machen. Die Produkte haben eine geringe Ausfallsrate, unsere Kunden betrachten uns auch als Menschen. Das sind die zwei Parameter, unter denen das möglich ist.
