Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

1.) Woher willst Du all das denn wissen, bist vielleicht selber ein Händler ? Womöglich derselbe angesprochene

2.) Die Behauptung daß Händler "oft kein komfortables Web-Interface wie Endkunden haben".... wird Dir kaum wer abkaufen. Überleg mal, ein EDV - Händler ohne jegliche EDV und ohne Internetanschluß ??

3.) Und auch daß der online "RMA-Status auf Herstellerseite nicht stimmt", wage ich zu bezweifeln - wieso sollte grade diese eine Abfrage-funktion nicht funktionieren, alles andere wie z.B "Garantiedauer checken" funktioniert nachweislich.

Danke, aber zwischen Händler-Gewährleistung und Herstellergarantie weiß ich schon zu unterscheiden.

Andererseits gehört die Hersteller - Garantieabwicklung aber sehr wohl (!!) zum Kundenservice eines Händlers, der etwas auf sich hält ! Und wenn eh "die Rücklaufquote defekter Produkte in der Herstellergarantiezeit im einstelligen Prozentbereich liegt"(wie Du selber sagst), dann kann es wohl nicht zuviel verlangt sein, hin u. wieder ein einzelnes defektes Produkt bei den Händler-eigenen regelmäßigen Post-Sendungen an seine Hersteller/Lieferanten mitzuschicken. (so wirds ohnehin gehandhabt, oder glaubst der schickt jedes Teilchen separat und von jedem einzeln, möglichst umständlich?)

zu Zitat 3 von "Gott": "......wirst Du feststellen, dass Du hier erst bei Punkt 0 angelangt bist. Die Arbeit, die dauert, kommt noch."

Wie  viele einzelne Arbeitsschritte so eine Garantieabwicklung für den Kunden AUF EINMAL - nach Ablauf der sechsmonatigen Gewährleistungs-Frist (= wird ja auch wie eine "Garantie" behandelt) ! - plötzlich aufgezählt werden, nur um die verlangten Versandkosten (+ ev. Arbeitsstunden!)  rechtfertigend darzustellen, zeigt doch die eigentliche, übliche dahinterstehende Absicht -  "die Kunden sollen uns a Rua geben, oder für jeden Handgriff fest pecken."  Oder auch:  "was uns Händler nicht gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist, interessiert uns nicht, außer der Kunde zahlt was extra dafür."

Oder was ist mit dem Beispiel, wo der Händler für seine "guten Kunden" diese RMA-Abwicklung wie selbstverständlich gratis durchführt ? Sind denn nicht alle zahlenden Kunden "gute Kunden" ?

Ja eh ? Na, dann sollte man sie auch so behandeln !
