Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

Lieber verne, ich glaube, du verwechselt hier etwas grundsätzlich. Nur, das wir das mal klarstellen: Wir verrechnen unseren Kunden für Garantieabwicklung gar nichts. Derzeit zumindest. Also bitte unterstelle uns nicht falsche Motive!

Aber wenn wir schon bei Kosten sind, dann versucht doch bitte mal ein Packerl nach Deutschland, Holland oder England zu versenden. Ich glaube, dann bräuchten wir auch über 20 Euro nicht mehr zu diskutieren. Wobei manche Hersteller auch mal gerne das Rücksendeporto zahlen lassen, wenn es sich nicht um einen Endkunden, sondern einen Händler handelt.

Abgesehen von den Portokosten: Wieviel Arbeitszeit kann du mit 20,- zahlen? Verlangt doch niemand den wirklichen Aufwand. Deine Meinung, "Außerdem finde ich, sollte diese Dienstleistung (wie z.B. Auftragsbestätigung für diese "RMA-Abwicklung" ausdrucken, usw.) ohnehin im Verkaufspreis schon miteinkalkuliert sein" kann ich ebenfalls nur mit der Frage, wieviel du glaubst, bei einer Festplatte um, sagen wir mal 80 Euro an "Dienstleistung" mitbezahlt zu haben? Du meinst dabei noch "Dienstleistung" an den Händler, wenn ich das richtig verstehe. Wie groß, glaubst du denn, ist die Differenz zwischen Ein- und Verkaufspreis? Wiehoch ist dein Stundenlohn? Der HERSTELLER hingegen HAT den Gewinn, der im die HERSTELLERGARANTIE erlaubt (die du "mitkaufst").

Zu deinem restlichen Posting muss ich leider sagen, dass ich auch dich gerne einlade, einen Tag lang unserer RMA-Abwicklung beizuwohnen, um dir weitere (grundfalsche, auf einen nicht vergleichbaren Fall bezogene) Mutmaßungen über dieses Gebiet zu ersparen.

Tut mir leid, aber auch eine noch so realitätsferne Sichtweise (nur als kleines Beispiel sei erwähnt, dass du als Endkunde natürlich weder den Annahmeaufwand noch die für uns vorgeschriebenen Test noch die Warenwirtschaftslogistik zu bewältigen hast) mindert den durchschnittlichen RMA-Aufwand nur in deiner Meinung, nicht aber im Arbeitsalltag.
