Meine Radeon 9800pro 128 mb von sapphire erzeugt leider pixelfehler! Hab nichts overclocked..! habs beim NRE kauft und nachgfragt was ich machen soll die ham gsagt, dass die gegen 20€ die graka einschicken und das dauert dann 4-6(!!!) wochen so *PIEP* habs am 14. 01. 04 kauft, sind diese 20€ normal??

Es schockiert mich, zu erfahren, dass das bei euch so funktioniert.

Ich habe selbst lange Jahre in einer Grosshandels-Firmengruppe gearbeitet, mit Markendistri, Eigenmarken, Stützpunktwerkstatt, etc. - zwar nicht im Computerbereich, aber im kpl. Spektrum der Braun- und Weissware und Telekomm. Ein Sektor, in dem nicht minder "Preis-gekämpft und Kampf-kalkuliert" wird, als im PC-Bereich. Wo um nichts weniger nur an den Absatzmengen zu verdienen ist, statt an den Einzelmargen.

Reibereien mit Kunden (sprich: Händlern) gab's nur, wenn sich ein Händler mit Werkstatt berufen fühlte, selbst einen Reparaturversuch zu unternehmen, bzw. Defekt auf's Bauteil zu lokalisieren, und über diesen Aufwand prompt an uns eine Belastungsnote ausstellen wollte.

Denn der vereinbarte Ablauf war: RMA-Nummer anfordern - mit Fehlerbeschreibung - und Gerät zur Abholung bereitstellen. Aus.
Nun mag ich ja nicht mit den B2B-Gepflogenheiten im PC-Sektor vertraut sein, aber "interessanterweise"(!) entspricht das ziemlich genau dem Procedere, das dem Endverbraucher im PC-Bereich von den Herstellern vorgegeben wird - grademal mit dem Unterschied, dass Versandkosten ggf. zu Lasten des Versenders gehen.

Das heisst, nixfürungut: Du möchtest mir also weismachen, im PC-Bereich ist es geläufig, dass Hersteller (bzw. ihre regionalen Distris, oder Grosshändler) ihren Händlern zwar Vorschriften, aber keine "Logistik-Werkzeuge" zur Abwicklung von Defektrückläufen geben? Bzw. würden diese "Werkzeuge" (ich meine z.B. Onlinemeldung) nur für Endverbraucher angeboten, die Händler dagegen müssen's "wie vor 100 Jahren machen"?
Und betreffs der Fehlerbeschreibung zur RMA: Falls vom Hersteller nicht einfache, automatische Diagnosetools verfügbar sind - z.B. bei Festplatten geläufig: ein Tool spuckt einen Fehlercode aus, diese Nummer wird dann notiert - dann MUSS praktisch jeder Händler über eine Werkstatt verfügen, die entsprechend gerüstet ist, einen Defekt bis auf's Bauteil genau zu lokalisieren, ansonsten dürfe er das Defektteil gar nicht einschicken?
